We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support our team by handling various administrative and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large amounts of data. As part of the Mainline Deputy Dog team, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data in our system, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into databases and management systems.
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
Process and update customer, order, and product information.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by following established procedures.
Perform data cleansing tasks (such as removing duplicates and correcting errors).
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and logs as needed.
Handle document scanning and data digitization tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in managing and organizing physical and electronic records.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
