• Internal - Within Department Only• Position Summary• The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a segment of direct reports in the Talent Acquisition team for our Coastal Region; as well as manage their own assigned requisitions. This leadership role works to coach and develop Talent Acquisition Partners to reach benchmark goals, establish strong partnerships with department and organization leaders as well as other Human Resources care team members. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead their teams to provide recruitment services in a strategic, timely and cost efficient and effective manner while striving to exceed metric goals.• The Talent Acquisition Recruitment services are delivered by working closely with hiring management to understand their business, proactively address their staffing needs, and providing strategic Recruitment and Workforce Planning services to meet those needs. Key responsibilities also include organizing, analyzing and reporting on staffing activity metrics, project deliverables and developing their staff.• Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)• Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing or related discipline is required. Advanced education/training in the areas of recruitment consulting, behavior modification, recruiting, sales, negotiation, preferred.• License/Certifications: Strongly prefer certification in Human Resources or Healthcare Recruitment.• Experience: Requires a minimum of 3 plus years' current human resources experience (with demonstrated solid experience and knowledge in recruitment and other human resources disciplines including, compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee/labor relations, training and organization development). Strongly prefer healthcare industry experience. Will consider equivalent experience. Experience with full scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques, and job offer negotiation.
