As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers’ post-sale journey, identifying their needs and preferences, and creating marketing strategies to foster customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with Lifecycle, Sales, Integrated Marketing, and Product Marketing to develop and implement customer-centric marketing campaigns, ensuring our customers receive a personalized and world-class experience. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Segment our customer base to better understand their behaviors and needs, and utilize customer data/insights to personalize marketing messages, offers, and recommendations.
- Customer Insights: Conduct research and gather data to gain deep insights into customer personas, pain points, and expectations.
- Retention Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer retention strategy, including engagement initiatives, churn prevention, and feedback loops.
- Customer Referral Program: Develop and manage a customer referral program to encourage our existing customers to refer new prospects.
- Reviews Management: Retain MaintainX’s #1 position on G2 and drive reviews for other trusted review sites such as Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, and more.
- Customer Webinars and Monthly Newsletters: Educate customers about new features and launches and existing product capabilities.
- Feedback Collection: Establish and manage systems for collecting customer feedback and utilize it to drive product and service improvements.
- Campaign Performance: Analyze the performance of customer marketing campaigns, make data-driven adjustments, and report on key metrics.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in a customer marketing role, preferably in a software company
- Proficiency with cross channel marketing platforms such as Iterable
- Proven track record of driving and scaling customer engagement and retention campaigns such as customer newsletters, webinars, reviews and referral campaigns, and upsell and expansion campaigns
- Strong project management and team collaboration skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer segmentation and personalized marketing
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and tying campaign results back to revenue goals

- Have experience working with CMMS or facility operations software
- Are based in the Greater Toronto Area
