Responsibilities
- Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

- Articulate key metrics and demonstrate the value of solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and document customer interactions.
Education
