CWS Apartment Homes, LLC is currently hiring for a Maintenance Director to oversee the general maintenance of the property and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The responsibilities of the Maintenance Director are as follows:
Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the property, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.

• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. * Oversee the daily maintenance repair and upkeep of all outside equipment including landscaping, pruning, watering, etc.

• Assign and manage workforces as needed. * Minimize maintenance costs.

• Track and report all costs down to the cost per unit. * Communicate with other staff members about customer needs and concerns.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of related experience and knowledge in HVAC or electrical or general maintenance can be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour
