Maintenance Manager

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager of a team of 4 people operating on 3 sites (Production, Warehouse and R&D) including the Facility part, in Reggio Emilia Location.
Main opportunities and challenges:
Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance: both breakdown and preventive; spare parts warehouse management and sizing; system integration within the company maintenance software; Failure analysis (EWO), identification of the root cause and related corrective actions aimed at maximizing the performance indicators for which the candidate will be responsible: OEE; operating costs of the function; MTTR; MTBF
Main responsibilities
- People management (with hard competentece)
- Develop TPM approachbudget management of plant maintenance cost
- Develop preventive mainentenance policies
- Identify projects on order to reduce operational cost (material and energy)
Job Position Requirements
Education: University bachelor degree Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, Meccatronica
Professional background
- Mainentenance manager in organization using PM approach (Testing,Assembling and machining)
- PM leader pillar in company using WCM approach
Hard skills
Essential: • People managemement
- Opex and capex management
- English languages
Considered as a plus:
- Experience in WCM PM leader
- Automotive experience
- Experiences in Mechanical
Soft skills
- Comunication, people management
- Ownership
- Ability to work alone. Accountability on the managing problems
