Maintenance Planner/Scheduler - job 2 of 2
ATS is a company specializing in Industrial Maintenance, seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler with experience in maintenance scheduling/planning or machine repair. The role involves evaluating work requests, estimating resources, maintaining work order backlog, and conducting planning meetings with Production.
Skills
- Associate Degree in a technical field
- 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician
- Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Responsibilities
- Evaluate non-emergency work requests and determine job requirements
- Estimate labor hours, parts, materials, and equipment needed for proactive jobs
- Maintain organized work order backlog and schedule maintenance activities
- Conduct planning meetings with Production and create weekly schedules
- Improve planning and scheduling effectiveness through maintenance metrics
