TNA is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. Our vision for this position is to lead his/her team in achieving all plant and departmental objectives within their scope of responsibility and manage the operational systems of the department to ensure compliance and successful execution by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Scheduling of people, machines, materials, and support services to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements.
  • Ensure team members are trained to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved on daily.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively communicates with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers, and technical staff.
  • Facilitate team meetings.
  • Ensure performance evaluations and counseling sessions are conducted in a constructive manner.
  • Translate company objectives in Environmental, Health and Safety, Reliability, 5S, quality (ISO), and production into action plans.
  • Review work schedules and estimates manpower requirements for completion of job assignments.
  • Interprets company policies to team members and enforces safety regulations.
  • Work with Human Resources Department and Engineering and Maintenance to hire, train, and develop Maintenance personnel in the execution of their responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least two years leadership responsibility in industrial maintenance and/or training and 5 years overall maintenance experience in a multi-craft environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong math skills, problem solving skills, verbal and written skills. Must have strong electrical / mechanical background and have demonstrated experience in the following areas.

  • Allen Bradley PLC’s, SLC 500 & PLC 5, Inverter and DC Drives
  • ABB S3 & S4 Robotics
  • AC & DC Servo Drives
  • Mitsubishi PLC’s
  • Highly automated equipment to include robotics
