Social Media Manager (Indonesia)


As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategising, executing, and managing social media campaigns and activities that aim to promote engagement and advocacy for the brand. This position involves close collaboration with marketing teams, product managers, and external partners to create cohesive and impactful social media content and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include crafting always-on content, managing social media calendars, overseeing budgets, and working with influencers to amplify the brand's message.

Role:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of relevant content across platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling social media content and campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance using data-driven insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Engage with influencers and brand advocates to extend the brand's reach and impact.
  • Monitor social media trends and insights to inform strategy and content creation.

You:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with a strong focus on social media management.
  • Experience working with global brands, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, community engagement, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end social media projects, from conceptualisation to execution and analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, with a knack for identifying and tapping into social media trends and insights.
