LMI seeks a Management Analyst to support a federal directorate in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities would include the following:

Coordinate calls with subject matter experts (SMEs);
-
Capture and adjudicate comments from discussions with division leadership;
-
Develop new and edit existing Visio process flows; and,
-
Draft supplemental narrative documents to provide a detailed description of each step within the process flow.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you may be asked to perform the following:
- Facilitate decision‑making meetings and analytic exchanges;
-
Research and document process workflows and data flows;
-
Participate in team building research efforts, including the sharing of analytical techniques and research methodologies;
-
Conduct analytic exchanges, organize data, and provide overall support to key stakeholders well as associated technical stakeholders;
-
Facilitate and work with integrated product teams (IPTs) and working groups to develop and maintain program and project plans and charters;
-
Assist in the management of schedules, support program/portfolio reporting, and track deadlines/milestones;
-
Manage the action item database to resolution and monitor risk management activities;
-
Support the development, execution, and management of service level agreements (SLAs), memorandums of agreement/understanding (MOAs/MOUs), and interagency agreements (IAAs); and,
-
Analyze developing capabilities and resolve issues in existing tools.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM:
-
3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management preferred.

Familiarity with decision analysis methods to evaluate analytic tools, data, and processes to determine their feasibility usefulness and value, and present the results
-
Previous work with CBP and/or USBP is a plus.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.

Ability to effectively solve problems.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
