Summary
The Manager, Energy Efficiency Planning & Compliance is responsible for the research, planning, and development of the Energy Efficiency programs and any other corporate commitments to energy efficiency. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing and coordinating all regulatory activities related to Energy Efficiency including, the creation and annual filing of the Energy Efficiency Plan and Report (EEPR) and the Energy Efficiency Cost Recovery Factor (EECRF) rate case. Incumbent must exhibit digital leadership skills that embrace disruption, think holistically, inspire and be culturally connected.
Activities include the development of standard offer programs, market transformation programs, pilot programs, long term program planning, technology solutions, budget forecast, and program performance reports. Regulatory activities include: oversight and development of the EEPR and EECRF filings, witness coordination, request for information (RFI) response, work paper development, testimony preparation, and acting as the primary contact with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), State Energy Efficiency Evaluation Team, and Oncor Regulatory personnel
