Lloyds Securities Inc. is seeking a Manager, DCM, Private Placements in New York, NY.
Summary of Duties:
Provide origination support to teams based in the U.K., providing frequent internal updates on the market transactions being executed, pricing, terms and conditions, currencies, investor appetite/sentiment and competition as well as the preparation of marketing materials for client meetings with specific input on pricing, terms and execution considerations. Execute transactions in the Private Placement market including liaising with internal risk functions, preparation of disclosure materials, coordination with U.K. teams, maintaining ongoing dialogue with and marketing specific transactions to U.S. investors. Support the origination and execution of unsecured debt transactions for U.S. clients in the public corporate bond market providing similar internal and external market updates to colleagues and clients, liaising with banking coverage teams to support origination and with Syndicate, Credit Sales & Trading teams to support transaction execution.
Salary:
Expected base pay rate for this role will be $180,000 to $195,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Lloyds Securities Inc. sponsored benefit programs.
Qualifications:Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or in the corporate or commercial banking industry. This position also requires FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 79 active and in good standing.
Position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Corporate Credit Analysis, Bloomberg. Position also requires one (1) year of experience with the U.S. Debt Private Placement market, including responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for U.S. Private Placements, preparing marketing materials, including offer memoranda and investor presentations, marketing and pricing live U.S. Private Placement transactions, and documenting U.S. Private Placement transactions, including the offer memorandum, investor presentation, Note Purchase Agreement, swap indemnity letter, and swap term sheet; Microsoft Excel Swaps Toolkit.
