Responsibilities:

Summary of Duties: This role includes both structuring, credit analysis, and execution of new subscription and NAV facilities and maintenance (including ongoing credit and legal work), collateral analysis, and monitoring of existing subscription facilities. The position will cover a portfolio of existing and prospective subscription facility clients (fund sponsors) and will be part of lean deal teams that include senior and junior team members within the assigned portfolio

Salary: Expected base pay rate for this role will be $240,000 to $265,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc sponsored benefit programs.

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or a related role in commercial or investment banking.

Position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Preparation of syndication materials including information memoranda, presentations, and timelines; credit analysis and underwriting; and financial modeling. Position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: origination and execution of Fund Finance transactions, including subscription facilities and NAV facilities, as well as foreign exchange and derivative securities; legal negotiation of credit agreements and ISDA agreements; and internal counterparty management with Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operations, and Regulatory Compliance.
