Working with the Director of Research Operations, the Manager of Research Operations will help build out a robust editorial and operations framework as the AgencyIQ footprint continues to grow.

  • Be comfortable working in AP style, or have experience working within another accepted style (e.g., Chicago, AMA, APA)
  • Enjoy being part of a supportive, kind, and incredibly talented team

While not required, you might stand out if:

  • Are intrigued by the flexibility of this position – we would love to add someone to our team who’s interested in working two or more (Eastern Time) evenings per week on a late-start schedule
  • Have experience publishing online content and newsletters in a content management system
  • Can work comfortably within a spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Thrive on a mix of meeting daily deadlines and working on longer-term projects
