About the role:

We're looking for an established provider sales manager, who has built and helped scale provider networks in the past. This is the first management position here at K Health focused around Provider Partnerships position. You will contribute to build out K Health's go-to-market capability. You will be responsible for rapidly setting up multiple geographic areas of operation for us in 2023 and have full ownership of building out a brand new team. #LI-Hybrid

What you'll do:

  • Build the Provider Partnerships team by developing a hiring roadmap and lead recruitment efforts.
  • Own the overall success of K Health's provider partnerships strategy.
  • Develop and communicate KPIs for provider partnerships across the full K Health organization.
  • Design scaled processes for identifying target geographies, entering a new market and for expanding in an established market.
  • Structure provider partnership deals, managing through negotiation and contracting and facilitating handoff to K Health implementation teams.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience managing provider sales, contracting and networks
  • You have experience as a General Manager with a focus on providers
  • You have a deep understanding of provider structure economics across all structures and sizes, such as IPA/CIN/ACO, hospital-employed, hospital-affiliated, multispecialty, and PE-owned
  • Experience structuring sales processes at scale
  • You have managed hundreds of leads and have been responsible for $1-10M/year of ARR

Compensation Range:

  • $146,000 - $180,000

K Health offers competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
