The Sales Development team is all about generating leads and qualifying opportunities for our Account Executives while helping marketers and developers understand the many ways in which Branch can improve their company's success.
Branch is hiring a Manager, Sales Development, West, for our Sales Development Rep (SDR) team. Please note this role is a hybrid role which will require the employee to be in Palo Alto, CA, on a hybrid basis. As a Manager of our SDR team, you will oversee the generation of leads and opportunities for the entire Account Executive team. You will coach and mentor your team to meet and exceed goals and work towards becoming Account Executives. You will define, iterate on, and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. You will think creatively about getting the job done, continuously analyze data and results, and build seamless processes to facilitate it all. As a team-oriented management professional, you be working cross-functionally with critical members of the Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Palo Alto, California, is $177,300 - $226,000.
Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Palo Alto, CA only. Compensation for candidates outside of Palo Alto, CA will be based on the candidate's specific work location.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
