About You:
Hippo is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to lead forecasting, planning, analysis, and management reporting for its Insurance business. You will work alongside the Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Spinnaker's CFO to create and own a detailed financial model. You will also lead all FP&A activities related to Hippo's Insurance business and be the liaison between the Strategic Finance and Insurance teams. Along with strong analytical and communication skills, you can translate complex operational objectives into financial performance. You will play a critical role in helping the Insurance business reach its financial goals while achieving key operational initiatives. You will help grow our team to a world-class strategic finance team that is customer service-oriented and highly accountable.

The base pay range for this role is $130,000 - $205,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs and market demands.
