JOB DESCRIPTION:

Workday System Development Manager

• At least five year’s recent experience in HRIS or HR Operations
• Workday experience required, with a strong emphasis on security, reporting, and business process configuration. Need expertise on advanced compensation, absence, talent / performance, benefits and recruiting.
• Experience in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) a huge plus.
• Experience in WorkDay Studio, BART Integration and XML skills required.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Agile development principle and methods, specifically with scrum and sprint
• Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
