ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leader at its domain, is looking for an Application Developer – Team Leader.

📌 Location: Athens – Eastern Attica

📍 Working Model: Hybrid Working Model

What you will do:

As a Application Developer - Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs as well as overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and manage a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, product owners, and other stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business objectives
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications
  • Establish coding standards, processes, and best practices within the team
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
  • Perform regular performance evaluations and identify areas for skill development within the team
  • Handle resource planning, allocation, and capacity management

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or science degree in combination with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology
  • Six (6) years+ of experience in a software development, especially TypeScript, Node.js, and React
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing teams
  • Good knowledge of relational databases, especially MS SQL Server
  • Experience in cloud technologies, especially Azure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration
  • Fluency in both Greek and English language
