Financial and Accounting Systems Director
MANSCAPED® is seeking a motivated Financial and Accounting Systems Director to oversee their Finance systems. This role works closely with senior Finance leadership and the Technology team to implement and maintain financial tools.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial systems and tools
- Gather requirements for desired systems tools and partner with applicable cross-functional teams
- Partner with Technology for new functionality enhancements and contribute to buy vs build analyses
- Coordinate and partner with Technology and third-party vendors on systems implementations
- Own and execute all testing for Finance systems tools implementations
- Develop comprehensive training programs for system tools
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Finance or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- MBA preferred
