Change Management Lead

Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureCurrently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Change Management Lead in support of The Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote.Responsibilities:- Create a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the project's goals and the DoD's overall objectives- Identify and analyze stakeholders affected by the change, understanding their needs, concerns, and levels of influence- Develop and manage a detailed change management plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements- Assess risks related to the change process and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues- Design and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about the changes, including objectives, benefits, and timelines- Engage with key stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their support for the change- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all users are adequately prepared for new systems or processes- Establish support structures, such as help desks or user guides, to assist stakeholders during the transition- Oversee the execution of change activities, ensuring that they are carried out according to the change management plan- Track the progress of change implementation and address any issues or delays that arise- Gather feedback from stakeholders on the change process and its impact, using surveys, interviews, or other methods- Make necessary adjustments to the change management approach based on feedback and performance metrics to improve the process- Maintain detailed records of the change management process, including plans, communications, training materials, and feedback- Provide regular updates and reports to project leadership and other stakeholders on the status of change management activities and outcomes- Ensure that change management practices comply with DoD regulations and policies, including security and privacy requirements- Ensure that changes align with the overall enterprise architecture and support strategic goals- Foster collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure cohesive change implementationBasic Qualifications:- 5-7 years of experience in change management, including experience in complex projects within the public sector or DoD environments- Proficiency in leading a team of change management professionals, providing guidance and support- Relevant certifications such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification- Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies, such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, or Lewin's Change Management Model- Experience in large-scale, multi-phase programs or projects- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing data-related projects- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, management, information technology, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in large-scale, multi-phase programs or projects, preferably at enterprise level- Experience working with the Department of Defense or other government agencies- Understanding of DoD regulations and compliance requirements is preferred, especially related to data management and information systems- Active project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar- Master's degree in business administration, organizational development, management, information technology, or related fieldSecurity Clearance Requirements:- US citizenship with a current/active Secret clearancePhysical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsThe projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$168,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
