Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SAFe Product Manager to join our team in the Fredericks, MarylandResponsibilities include but are not limited to:• Maximizes the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time.• Identifies business and customer needs, prioritizing program level work and guiding this work through the Agile Release Train (ART) Kanban• Manages and prioritizes the ART backlog.• Develops the vision and roadmap for the ART.• Continuously defines, prioritizes, and validates requirements.• Monitors technology product performance, product delivery, product support, and changes to technology solutions supporting the technology product to identify new features, changes, and opportunities to include in the future outlook and roadmap for the technology product.Minimum Qualifications:• 7 to 10 years in a Product Lead role• Experience as a SAFe Product Manager for an ART• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification• BS DegreePreferred Qualifications:• SAFe for Teams Certification• Experience with TMIP-J legacy systems and applications.Clearance Requirements:• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.The projected compensation range for this position is $135,300-$226,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
