Discover how you can grow your career, make impact and drive real change with our Winning Team today.Working ArrangementHybridJob DescriptionAs a member of the Community Investment (CI) team, the Partnership Activations and Engagement Manager is responsible for a wide range of activities related to Manulife’s global community partnerships and Impact Agenda. Reporting to the Director, Global Community Investment, you will lead the activation and engagement strategy for Global Community Investment partnerships related to our Manulife Investment Management priorities and other programs. You will have the opportunity to focus on internal and external storytelling through content creation, marketing, and communications plan development and execution, and by working directly with our community partners to identify meaningful opportunities to engage our colleagues and clients.The ideal candidate for this position has excellent organizational skills, strong writing and communication abilities for various audiences, is a problem solver and initiative taker who can work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment, under a global lens while taking direction from multiple people. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
