The Grantmaking Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and workflows of Marguerite Casey
Foundation’s (the “Foundation”) grantmaking efforts, working with the Director of Philanthropic Initiatives
and the Director of Community Grants. They execute processes related to the lifecycle of its grantmaking
verticals, collect and manage grantmaking data, and provide administrative support, including virtual and
in-person meeting and logistical support for grantmaking events. This position is a point of contact for grant
applicants, grant recipients, and other stakeholders within the grantmaking sphere and positively influences
their interactions with the Foundation.
The Grantmaking Coordinator is someone we can count on to ensure deadlines are met, grantmaking
materials are accurate and effective, and that key information and expectations are communicated to the
grantmaking team and throughout the organization. This full-time position is based remotely. It reports to
the Director of Philanthropic Initiatives and is non-exempt under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
