We Require

  • One year of graphic design, computer graphics, or communications experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, broadcasting, television/radio/film, or a related field

  • Job-related experience may substitute for post-secondary education on a year-for-year basis

  • Experience using computer video, audio, and graphics editing software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Experience executing professional social media campaigns

Job Contributions

  • Create, edit, update, and produce video and graphic media for presentations and public relations materials

  • Create video and graphic elements for the execution of the department’s social media campaigns

  • Assist in the production of outreach communications, including internal employee newsletters, entries for awards, annual reports, public service announcements, and other projects, as needed

  • Develops, creates and modifies existing website content; updates and enhances the content and technical aspects of webpages

Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

  • Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
