Business Development Manager

Mark III Construction is actively seeking a Business Development Manager with strong connectivity and relationships in both the Bay Area and the Central Valley regions. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in building strategic partnerships and driving market growth in Northern California.

Position Requirements:

  • Identify, Build & Maintain Relationships with Key Customers
  • Attend & Present @ Events to Drive Brand Awareness
  • Create Project Specific Strategies
  • Drive and Track Revenue Goals
  • Help Create Sales Strategies/Budgets for MEP, Components and Service
  • Customer Messaging and Education
  • Relationship Development and Maintenance (Pipeline)

Prerequisites:

  • Five years’ experience in business development, preconstruction and/or sales in California
  • Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred
  • Knowledgeable of Healthcare, Industrial, Food and Beverage, Life Science and/or Education beneficial
  • Bay Area market connectivity and understanding is a plus
  • Professional/Technical writing skills
