Right now, we need a Market Manager in Hollywood / Sylmar. We are looking for someone who will develop and maintain strong customer relationships with the accounts who sell our products, and the distributors who we partner with to bring our brands to the market. Your goal as a Market Manager is to identify and maximize opportunities for expanded sales execution of our Pabst Family of brands in each account you call on. For this role you must be located in and be familiar with the Hollywood / Sylmar.


As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for calling on various types of accounts in a geographical region. The types of accounts that you may call on include:


On Premise Accounts: When selling to On-premise accounts, a Market Manager focuses on driving Pabst sales execution in restaurants, bars, and other venues where customers enjoy their beverage at the point of purchase.

Off Premise Accounts: When calling on Off-premise accounts, you will focus on expanding the availability and sales of Pabst brands in grocery stores, large-format stores, and/or convenience, and liquor store. This includes introducing accounts to new Pabst products, merchandising Pabst products in the shelf & cold box, and identifying ways to increase consumer awareness through eye-catching merchandising and displays.


The Market Manager role is the entry point into the Pabst sales organization. Those who are successful in the Market Manager role go on to have careers in sales management, national account sales, marketing, supply chain & operations or finance. This role requires the employee to have a valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle.


Salary Range: $55K-$60K + Bonus
