As a Market Research Data Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with the team to help execute projects end-to-end across a roster of large brand accounts. From programming and moderating surveys onto the platform to downloading and analyzing data, to synthesizing findings into actionable client recommendations. This role sits on the Audience Development team, and you will work hand in hand with the broader Client Success team to ensure we are delivering long-term value to our clients while optimizing efficiency as this growing area of the business continues to scale.
Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in market research sample, segmentation and recruiting strategies
  • Own the execution of implementing client provided and Suzy developed segmentation tools across our proprietary audience to categorize audience members into client defined cohorts
  • Field unique & custom brand/research projects to answer clients’ critical business questions
  • Work with advanced Excel files and create formulas/macros to align the content with our audience platform’s standard data output formats
  • Transform data formats across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity and functionality while aligning data access across platforms and functions
  • Provide strategic recommendations to support clients' business market research sample needs
  • Execute work in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel (i.e. vlookups, running macros, additional advanced formulas to modify and clean data)
  • 2-4+ years experience working in market research and/ or client success
  • Fundamental understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights
  • Exceptional analytical skills, paired with an ability to distill critical insights from data and explain findings to clients and colleagues in a simple, actionable manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and/or attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Problem-solving, lots of hustle, humility, a positive attitude and a sense of humor are a must

  • The target base compensation for this role is $72,250 - $75,000.
