Job Summary

The overall responsibilities of the Market Trainer will be to support Field Sales growth and development of ULTA and Nordstrom accounts. The right candidate should be excited by sales and growth, detail oriented and a proactive team player. They will be responsible for growing the wholesale business in line with the L’Occitane brand vision, and being a champion for these businesses among internal and external stakeholders

Market Trainer will support ULTA & Nordstrom Sell Out

• Sales Growth: Store Visit Rotation, Peak Hour Focus, SPH Goal @ $125. Team will focus on High Volume & Full Shelf Presentation in ULTA and High Volume/Traffic Nordstrom locations

• Training & Education: Build sustainable sales footprint by focused training on Hero & Core sku’s with internal and external customer.
• Brand Ambassador: Maintain brand presentation, identify stock and marketing needs, build positive network relationship with ULTA & Nordstrom teams

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience working with luxury retailers or department stores preferred
• Excellent verbal & presentation skills
• Must present a positive, professional and energetic attitude, be able to work in a team, be proactive and remain self-motivated
• Must be detail oriented, and have excellent organization and time management skills
• Beauty Industry know how, passion for cosmetics/beauty product
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
