Marketing & Communications Manager
About the Role
You’ll increase the company’s marketing efficiency through process improvements, prioritization, project management, and marketing automation. This role requires high energy, innovation and collaboration skills, expertise with agile marketing methodologies, experience with digital marketing, content creation, product development, copywriting and editing.
About You
You are an accomplished data-driven marketing guru with experience in all facets of marketing. You have a history of working collaboratively with Sales, Design Teams, Product Managers or equivalent in executing digital campaigns, producing next-level marketing materials, brand copywriting, and a track record of establishing and accelerating relationships with design clients, collaborators, and represented lines.
Job Duties
Developing and executing content marketing strategy and creation across all product categories for social media, online content, press materials-
Plan, write and edit written, visual content about our products that informs, educates, and inspires internal sales teams and prospective clients.
- Creating consistent product info sheets across all product categories

Refine all written content for marketing
- Monitors ongoing trends in interior design in both traditional and digital media outlets

Create launch campaigns (two times a year, (March and September) by working with Product Managers across all product ranges to create a branding, PR, communications, social plan for both internal and external deliverables

Creation and implementation of Marketing Calendar for internal use across company

Managing marketing budget

Website optimization, edits, and updates

Updating product source guides, and facilitating additional product photography
Preferred Criteria
- Familiarity with interior design/architecture industry

Experience with planning and executing photoshoots

Experience with WordPress website builder

Track record in leading marketing functions including brand strategy, content marketing, social media campaigns and event marketing

College degree in Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing

Strong command of marketing technology, social and multi-media strategies and tactics. A track record in implementing and utilizing effective strategies in a variety of media
