Responsibilities:

• Website Design & Maintenance (WordPress and Bluehost.)
• Manage Social media strategy, presence and engagement that leverages multiple platforms and aligns with company objectives and audiences.
• Develop video and photo content for use on the website and social media
• Assist with the design of powerpoints, flyers, brochures, event invitations, newsletters, etc.
• Write content and produce email newsletters
• Arranging both internal and external events
• Providing administration support to sales reps, office staff, and executive management as needed
• Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel
• Storage Software: OneDrive, Google Docs

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to learn
• Valid US driver's license
