Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant Position Summary:

The Marketing Assistant at PioneerRx, a RedSail Technologies company, is a dynamic role within the marketing department, primarily responsible for providing support and assistance to various marketing initiatives. This position is based in Irving, TX, and reports directly to the Director of Trade Shows and Events. The Marketing Assistant collaborates with the marketing team and assists in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our flagship products, PioneerRx and Axys, in the pharmacy software industry.

Key Duties:

Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, product documentation, and online content.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights and identify trends to support marketing decision-making.
Maintain and update the company's website and social media channels with engaging and relevant content.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing databases.
Assist with the coordination of trade show logistics, including booth setup, inventory management, and coordination with vendors.
Monitor and track marketing campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and make recommendations for optimization.

Education/Training:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications or coursework in marketing or digital marketing are a plus.

Required Work Experience/Skills:

Proven experience in a marketing or related role, demonstrating knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to support marketing strategies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic website management.

Preferred Work Experience/Skills:

Experience in the software or technology industry.
Knowledge of pharmacy management systems or the healthcare industry.
Experience with graphic design software and content management systems.

Work Location:

The Marketing Assistant position is based in Irving, TX, and will primarily operate within the marketing department at RedSail Technologies' office in Irving.
Occasional travel for trade shows or events may be required.
