Marketing Director Job Summary:

The Marketing Director at PioneerRx, a RedSail Technologies company, is responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing activities within the organization. This strategic role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote RedSail's products in the pharmacy software industry. The Marketing Director will manage a dynamic team, including Product Marketing Management and Digital Marketing to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Marketing Director plays a crucial role in shaping the company's marketing vision and achieving business objectives.

Key Duties:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive the adoption and sales of PioneerRx, Axys, and other ancillary products.
Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, including Product Marketing Management and Digital Marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and executive leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, including product literature, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
Monitor marketing analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources appropriately to optimize return on investment.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the pharmacy software industry to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Education/Training:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Required Work Experience/Skills:

Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing with at least two years at the Marketing Director level.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
Experience in product marketing, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
Proficient in utilizing digital marketing channels and tools to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of AI as it relates to marketing.
