The Opportunity
Southern New Hampshire is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team of marketing technology professionals. The Marketing Automation Specialist will support Marketing Technology and adoption to support SNHU's mission for growth.
You'll Get To:

Manage the Marketing Technology workflow and team tasks focused on campus marketing solutions.

Manage, and help resolve projects including email communication updates, all automated communication journeys, new and recurring ad-hoc communication launches using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Be a super-user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in search of the best experiences to offer our learners.
-
Analyze manual ad-hoc sends and replace them with automation where applicable.
-
Analyze marketing data to enhance existing automated journeys.
-
Improve the customer experience through the use of marketing technology and engagement strategies.

A command of Campus Admissions processes, and the ability to use that knowledge to communicate with prospective students.

Aim communications at Goals like: completed applications, tour attendance, deposits – and communicate general and international student requirements.

Other responsibilities or activities may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Maintain continued adoption within SNHU's marketing technology stack.

Monitor the health and deliverability of SNHU's email sending IP addresses.

Support the launch and delivery of marketing projects within the internal CRM portfolio.
What we're Looking For:

HSD/GED plus 3+ years of experience managing complex processes and workflows through technology, managing marketing technology solutions, and CRM experience (Preferably Salesforce)

Understand and anticipate dependencies across complex systems

Hands-on experience with marketing cloud required

Motivated learner eager to take on new systems and challenges
