Who you are:
CIEE is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist. This is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing automation strategies that provide operational structure and functionality for marketing activities including digital advertising, nurture and triggered email campaigns. Marketing Automation Specialist will work closely with the entire Web and Digital Marketing team and the business stakeholders, reporting to the Senior Marketing Automation Manager.
What you’ll do:

Providing marketing automation support and troubleshooting for the Web and Digital Marketing team within Marketo and Salesforce

Engage in regular campaigns and nurture operational, integrity analysis and reporting
-
Collaborate with digital marketing and web producers, IT and business stakeholders in the planning, development and implementation of sophisticated nurture campaigns

Perform regular data structure maintenance within Marketo to ensure system optimization
-
Identify opportunities for marketing and sales outreach through regular data analysis and review

Develop an understanding of CIEE business requirements, sales processes and KPI's

Provide documentation and reporting for marketing and sales activities via digital campaigns
What you’ll bring:
The ideal candidate will possess:
-
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
-
A minimum of one to three years of experience in marketing automation, or a related field.
-
International travel and/or study abroad experience preferred, but not required.
-
Marketing Activities knowledge including smart list functions and flow step capability
-
Design Studio knowledge of landing page, form, and email template maintenance
-
Database knowledge for leading historical research and troubleshooting
-
Understanding of segmentation and dynamic content construction
-
Understanding of web parameter tracking
-
Understanding of custom and standard objects
-
Ability to build lead lists and reports based on criteria
-
Knowledge of Marketo Sales Insight capabilities 1 of 2

Ability to understand and navigate Salesforce setup controls
-
Strong proficiency in MS Office Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
