Marketing Communications Associate

Heritage - Crystal Clean LLC, a leader in the environmental services industry, is looking for a self-motivated team player to join our rapidly growing organization. The Marketing Communications Associate is responsible for developing and completing marketing material and initiatives to ensure optimal web presence according to the organization's goals and values. They must create efficient, effective advertising strategies in digital spaces to promote products and services as well as other internal department needs of the organization. This position focuses on increasing sales and brand awareness.

Specific Duties:

• Write and design engaging marketing collateral aligned with company standards
• Assist with creating content for websites, social media, and other digital marketing channels
• Perform SEO/SEM research to identify areas of opportunity and implement changes
• Design multimedia content (posters, flyers, videos, graphics, etc.) for external and internal audiences
• Develop social media content to promote Heritage-Crystal Clean and its subsidiaries
• Support internal communications initiatives through writing and design
• Analyze campaign performance to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement
• Research new marketing trends and propose opportunities for implementation
• Assist with coordinating on projects with external partners
• Ensure branding consistency across all external and internal marketing/communication channels

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a marketing/communications role
• Excellent research and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with website design, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
• A creative eye with an attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with varying deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments/teams
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SEO/SEM preferred
