Marketing Data Analyst

DLP Capital is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong technical expertise, and a deep understanding of marketing data and lead funnels. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Data Analyst is to support marketing initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that will drive the success of our campaigns and help optimize our marketing spend.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis, preferably in a similar industry
• Ideal candidate will have HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to produce high-quality graphics and presentations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Fluency with analytics across multiple channels including marketing campaigns (email, PPC, events, etc.), web, social and product

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Design and implement metrics/dashboards to measure effectiveness of our marketing programs (ROI of campaigns/channels) against key company KPIs and strategize opportunities for growth.
• Leverage Google Sheets and other source data to input, organize, and analyze data using advanced features such as PivotTables, formulas, conditional formatting, filtering, and more.
• Monitor ad and website effectiveness, understand campaign behaviors and long-term trends, and identify new opportunities to engage prospects and customers while monitoring competitive analytics.
• Dive deep into data to identify context, trends, and insights that can inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Maintain communication attribution standards to inform marketing spend targets, optimize channel mix, and make data-driven decisions.
• Produce visually appealing graphics and presentations to effectively communicate data findings and trends to stakeholders and team members.
• Support campaign operations (e.g., audience segmentation, targeting).
