Marketing Event Coordinator

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Marketing Event Coordinator to our team.

As our Marketing Event Coordinator, you will will be responsible for every part of event preparation, both virtual and in-person events, from pre-planning to post-analysis, which includes generating new ideas, planning meeting and event logistics, creating and managing run of shows, supporting partner events, managing the pre and post-event invoicing process and more.

The ideal candidate has the ability to handle many projects simultaneously while staying very organized. They will need to live in the business of creating “wow moments” for our customers, partners and employees through events.

As the Marketing Event Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Calendar Management: Management of Events calendar, which includes our webinar schedule, trade show participation, speaking engagements and potential partner opportunities
  • Budget Management: Extremely diligent management of budget in support of events and partner activation, which includes a clear focus on driving ROI across all tactical investments
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events. This includes managing contracts, managing relationships, and overseeing the delivery of services.
  • On-site logistics: Handling logistical aspects during the actual event (live and virtual), including venue setup, AV equipment coordination, registration/check-in processes, managing speakers and presenters, and overseeing event staff.
  • Event Evaluation and Reporting: Collecting feedback from attendees, analyzing event metrics with Director of Marketing Comms, and preparing post-event reports to evaluate the success of each event. This includes working with the team to measure the ROI of the event and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Event Campaign Administration: To ensure we make the most of leads from events, you will work with the Marketing team, Revenue leadership and the Operations team to build Salesforce campaigns, track lead lists and design the best follow-up process for those leads .
  • Event Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run pre and post events to drive maximum exposure
  • Branded Items: You will own the management and delivery of our brand across event swag items, sponsorships secured in support of events and our trade show elements.
