Marketing Finance Media and IMX analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Media and IMX Manager, the Marketing Finance Media and IMX Analyst is responsible for the transaction recording, accounting, planning, financial reporting, and scenario modeling of Media and IMX Investments via global and local systems (including Lumina) and other relevant applications, reporting to the Marketing Finance Media and IMX Mgr and partnering with the third-party managed services provider (MSP - Genpact).

Responsible for the constructing of the actuals/plan/budget/forecast with relevant attributes across dimensions based upon business direction and input, financial systems administration of the actuals/plan/budget/forecast, processing transactions, generating operational reports primarily for the Marketing Function and Operating Unit stakeholders, producing financial reports and dashboards, supporting queries and issues resolution, proposing data/process/technology solutions to maintain and/or enable DME visibility to business stakeholders, and providing training to business users and Operating Unit teams.

Responsible for Media and IMX DME data and quality for the North America Operating Unit, ensuring standards and consistency of information output for business consumption in partnership with business stakeholders and other Platform Services towers.

Upholds a strong internal control environment and supports audit needs.

Liaises closely with the Category Finance Leads including peripherally Global Marketing, Global Finance, as well as Operating Unit stakeholders to align expectations, ensure smooth operations and service delivery, manage issues and resolution, as well as obtain feedback for improvement.

Manages/addresses issue escalations for North America OU with the goal of resolving issues reported within a reasonable timeframe.

General Requirements:

BS degree or equivalent work experience


1-3 years of related work experience with business planning, DME controller, financial planning and reporting, or experience in accounting areas involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.

Relevant involvement in change projects and initiatives.

Virtual management across cultures and time zones.

Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.

Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, language fluency (Fluent English is mandatory), global mindset, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

Atlanta, no relocation support provided.
