Marketing Manager - Prime Fitness (remote opportunity)

Description/Responsibilities:
We are searching for a motivated team member that has a passion for fitness and helping individuals find the best wellness offering to benefit them in their health and wellness journey. The ideal candidate is an innovative consumer focused (B2B2C) marketer, who has experience building client relationships by providing them with consumer facing marketing materials with break through consumer messaging to drive signups.

The ideal candidate will have marketing experience in the fitness industry with a proven ability to consistently generate new consumer membership.
  • Responsible for driving traffic, increasing revenue, and generating membership growth by providing B2C marketing materials to partners to deploy for action.
  • Identify potential members’ needs and use marketing campaigns to highlight key offerings -connect, inspire, and drive sign ups.
  • Own, evolve and optimize a brand voice and messaging designed to differentiate our fitness offering from competitors
  • Serve as marketing contact for internal and external partners, driving long term relationships through exceptional client service and measurable results
  • Partner with internal client relationship teams to meet and surpass the marketing needs of national clients; provide marketing materials for their use to encourage their employees to lead healthier lifestyles
  • Play a key role in working with marketing, client relations, external partners and business leaders to build and align plan
  • Demonstrate flexibility to address client needs strategically while addressing short timelines and varying asks
  • Manage all marketing assets and calendars with internal and external partners, overseeing timelines, execution, and performance
  • Work with team to facilitate the delivery of content across channels
  • Evaluate partnership campaign ROI along with internal partners
  • Align on KPI's for success including brand awareness, distinction, member growth marketing and business leaders
  • Analyze data to share learnings and deliver weekly reporting
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered
  • Previous fitness industry experience preferred, Interest and passion in health and fitness required
  • 3-5 years B2C or B2B2C marketing experience
  • Self-directed and results-oriented. You love to exceed goals and take on new projects
  • Excellent project management skills and acute attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - strong ability to create clarity from ambiguity
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, including lead generation, funnel management, CRM and omnichannel strategy/execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands,
  • Proficiency in word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Team player and outcomes focused
  • Health Plan and or Employer Group experience a huge plus
