The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Ops Manager that will blend strategy with execution, owning and implementing demand gen programs and campaigns. This is a highly strategic role focused on driving results that work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales at Aisera. This role will work closely and report directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Operational Excellence in any of its forms, from operational analysis to optimal campaign execution. You will develop marketing and ABM campaigns that attract Aisera's target audience. This is an exciting role in a leading AI company that will give you exposure to the industry and world-class experts.

What You'll Do:

  • Configure, maintain and enhance our marketing automation tools: SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense. This candidate must be very experienced in at least Marketo and 6sense.
  • Executing and orchestrating all global campaigns via Marketo and SFDC.
  • Monitor health and data hygiene of operational systems; proactively plan and organize system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations for evolving the marketing technology stack; for new technology, ongoing maintenance of existing platforms, and assessment of existing platform efficacy.
  • Drive and manage event and email promotion calendars across multiple events, segments, and Marketo instances.
  • Work closely with the SDR team and RevOps to help convert marketing qualified leads to opportunities and pipeline targets.
  • Identify, define, and improve areas of marketing operations in partnership with RevOps Team to facilitate growth at scale.
  • Gather and analyze information to determine most valuable opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations.
  • Work with marketing leaders to identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve effectiveness.
  • Drive enablement and change management as new tools and systems are launched and operationalized.
  • Ensure that no lead is left behind by working with Sales Operations to manage and optimize lead management, routing and handoffs to SDRs and AEs.
  • Work with RevOps, IT and other key stakeholders on E2E funnel and pipeline reporting to drive key decision making.

What You'll Need:

  • Marketo and 6sense certified
  • 5-7 years of prior experience within demand generation, marketing campaigns, ABM, inbound marketing, or marketing operations
  • Hands on experience 3-5 years building out Marketo programs, 6sense and smart campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high-quality, marketing ops programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with aligning product and marketing messaging across channels and assets
  • Expertise in the B2B SaaS technologies is a plus
