This is a remote role that may require occasional travel, including to Resilia’s New York and New Orleans offices for collaborative opportunities such as team retreats and gatherings. This role is expected to work either Eastern or Central hours. #LI-remote

Market Opportunity

About the Role

Resilia’s Marketing team is a key growth driver for the company and supports all three product lines. Beyond driving revenue and customer acquisition, the Marketing team is responsible for enabling brand awareness in a mission-first manner.

Resilia is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our expanding marketing team to oversee day-to-day marketing operations, system integrations, database and campaign management, reporting, and channel attribution. Proficient in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, our ideal candidate has a track record of being a part of scaling organizations and leading the efforts around database management while coordinating with sales operations, customer success operations, and data & analytics teams.

Experienced in complex marketing operations, the role will help deliver, track, and report on data-driven, integrated customer acquisition strategies. They will report to the Head of Marketing and be an integral part of communicating and collaborating on marketing strategy, marketing technology, and analytics.

What You’ll Do

  • Define strategy and lead evolution of the Martech stack, mapping capabilities needed as well as researching and vetting solutions
  • Assume a HubSpot leadership role, overseeing processes, workflows, and automation as well as the marketing database
  • Manage ongoing operations of the technology stack
  • Oversee the administration and measurement of marketing funnel results and goal attainment by channel and product, consolidating various data sources into easy-to-view dashboards
  • Implement, manage, and continually evolve our lead scoring, lifecycle models and operational fundamentals
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams in target list-building for ABM and other segmented campaigns
  • Implement automated processes while maintaining data integrity and data governance
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive customer sales cycle and marketing automation journeys to mitigate competing messaging with target audiences
  • Manage and optimize lead routing and MQL processes and workflows
  • Set up, test, and maintain third-party integrations, including troubleshooting any sync or data errors
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations and Data & Analytics teams to implement architecture requests related to workflows and tracking
  • Manage vendor relationships for contract, training, and support needs around MarTech tools
  • Create documentation for all core marketing operations initiatives for internal enablement

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B marketing operations role, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation (certification preferred)
  • Significant, hands-on understanding of HubSpot integrations and other integration tools (e.g. Zapier, Segment)
  • Expert in lead-to-opportunity funnel management and tracking
  • Experienced in campaign and program management, as well as campaign hierarchy setup, UTM tracking, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Past involvement in marketing technology procurement, selection, and implementation a plus
