Marketing Operations Manager

We are building the world's most complete and sophisticated Retail Ecommerce Management Platform, which connects and intelligently automates the management of retail ecommerce channels like Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart, across the entire ecommerce operational chain of retail media management, sales operations, supply chain, and digital self analytics.

We are in hyper growth mode, having recently raised our Series D funding at unicorn valuation (>$1B) and ended our third year of triple-digit revenue growth. Continued acceleration of our growth is fueled by landing new customers, expanding our platform through new products, managing new retail ecommerce platforms, and delivering exceptional customer service to unlock high net retention rates.


Responsibilities for Marketing Operations Manager:

  • Manage our Marketing tech stack to help the team execute, track, and optimize on a wide range of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, advertising, and events
  • Serve as the marketing SPOC for integrated marketing campaigns from inception through execution and measurement
  • Own, maintain, and improve our marketing tech stack infrastructure
  • Manage our website personalization, operations, traffic measurement and optimization
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
  • Work closely with Business Operations to ensure data is syncing seamlessly across Salesforce, HubSpot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting
  • Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations, and implement optimizations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. And iterate on a continuous basis
  • Conduct customer database analysis, identify growth patterns and gaps, and partner with Demand Generation team to optimize lead generation
  • Partner with the Sales teams on building and managing Target Account Lists for their Outbound activities
  • Build landing pages, form, automation email campaigns, onboarding campaigns, newsletters in HubSpot

Qualifications for Marketing Operations Manager:


  • 5+ years of experience in running lead generation and customer lifecycle management- customer onboarding, customer engagement - campaigns
  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Experience in creating and managing email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows
  • A solid understanding of CRM and Marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a large marketing automation platform.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR regulations, spam laws

  • A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
  • Highly collaborative and organized and understands how programs integrate into overall marketing campaigns.
