As an Integrated Campaign Specialist, your role is to plan, develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve marketing objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including integrated campaigns leads, content, creative and social teams, as well as our agency partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of integrated marketing techniques and digital marketing.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Integrated Campaigns, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan our investment over paid channels (social, search, 6sense, syndication) that drive engagement from targeted prospects

Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies across various channels to meet business objectives and target audience needs.

Think creatively on novel ways to engage audiences to ensure campaign performance

Monitor, analyze and interpret campaign performance data across channels to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Manage the paid digital budget, monthly campaign spend, and ensure accuracy in billing and forecasting

Be the face of Khoros to our agencies and be able to conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with them to make sure campaign performance, lead quality and cost per acquisition remain optimal

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies

As required, step in with the integrated campaign teams to help out with campaign planning and execution, executing on a range of tactics (events, blog writing, content sponsorship, email marketing, webinar or other tactics as required)

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive innovation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a marketing-related field

Experience in running 1 to few or 1 to many ABM programs

Experience with Google Ads and Linkedin Campaign Manager preferred

Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to prioritize projects

The ability to work & collaborate cross-functionally, willing to pitch in outside of job functions and help others

You write well, and have great speaking skills – 1:1 or in front of groups

Determined, positive and proactive attitude – a thinker and a doer

B.A. or B.Sc. (or higher degree) is required
The budget range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 + 10% bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
