After WWII, the original Mitsubishi organization was disbanded to become independent companies as they are today.Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for all positions within your assigned businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition with specific experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.Principal Accountabilities• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our chemical manufacturing company.• Work collaboratively with hiring managers by executing the in-take process to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.• Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to source, screen and evaluate candidates.• Work with large amounts of data to identify, interpret, and analyze trends and patterns using statistical techniques.• Develop analytical models that clearly communicate HR data, allowing for timely, informed organizational decisions.• Create Standard Operating Procedures documents.• Guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment and interview process.• Use applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to track and manage applicants through the recruitment & selection process.• Identify real and potential recruitment & employment-related concerns and escalate to the regional Manager, Talent Acquisition, local Leaders and HR Managers.• Manage candidate experience through the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback, communication and coordination of interviews.• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies to continuously improve the process.• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding candidate sourcing, recruitment decisions, and the quality of hires.• Own full-cycle candidate management through the hiring process from initial identification, qualification, assessment and onboarding and drive pipeline recruitment.• Prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time with business partners inside and outside of the talent acquisition department.• Advise Hiring Managers and Human Resources partners on talent acquisition subject matter expertise.• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.#LI-REMOTE#LI-BT1Knowledge / Skills / Experience• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on chemical manufacturing recruitment.• A knowledge and understanding of federal hiring laws and regulations.• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)• Proficient with applicant tracking systems .• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight timelines, and be extremely organized and responsive.• Knowledge of data management, project management and best practices.• Knowledge of HR operations, programs and systems along with understanding integration.• Advanced skills and understanding of queries, databases, report writing, advanced excel functions including add-ins, VLOOKUP and pivot tables.• Ability to present data results and findings.• Ability to verbally and in writing communicate technical issues and effectively provide technical information to various audiences.• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data, recognize missing data, anticipate errors, understand data relationships across systems.• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications to design and build analysis solutions.• Ability to create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance.• Build strong relationships, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.• Demonstrate a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate, and display behaviors and attitudes consistent with MCA Core Values.• Collaborative and strong ability to connect and influence multiple leadership levels.• Ability to work independently and proactively. Must have ability to review and understand data, trends, and metrics.Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)• The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $91,300. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
