The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of well-rounded experience in multiple facets of strategic marketing and communications; Construction/Architecture/Engineering or related industry experience considered a major plus. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent corporate brand and message that coincides with ARCO’s core values and targets the company’s strategic objectives and goals.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Organize and create capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations
  • Design and maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.
  • Design and implement print and web campaigns and maintain corporate mailing lists
  • Order corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts
  • Plan and coordinate client trips, holiday/client gifts, and special events
  • Perform job-related marketing events including photography, events, and job site signage
  • Manage company website including content, photos, news, and featured projects
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms and social media campaigns
  • Conduct market research for Business Development Managers
  • Coordinate tradeshows, design collateral and trade show booth
  • Write and submit press releases, job announcements, and media advisories
  • Provide administrative support to business development managers, which includes travel arrangements, report generation, sales tracking, etc.
  • Produce email marketing campaigns
  • Work with outside vendors to create corporate marketing videos
  • Various graphic design projects as requested by project managers, clients, and business development
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of organization
