SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented self-starter to bring onto the Marketing Team here at eClinicalWorks to manage trade shows. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all corporate trade shows including industry research, liaising with vendors, internal coordination, and operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. You will be required to oversee dozens of trade shows across specialties and sizes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborating with the marketing team and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements.
  • Researching key industry shows and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Maintaining annual calendar in conjunction with the Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Coordinating with vendors on inventory, logistics, and operations of each event.
  • Managing internal communications and coordination with on-site staff.
  • Traveling to select events to gather research and feedback.
  • Researching relevant booth displays and design.
  • Promoting the trade show through marketing channels and company listings.
  • Managing annual budgets and expenses associated with trade shows.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, communications, public relations, or related
  • 3 years of experience managing trade shows or events
  • 25% travel to yearly trade shows

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
