The Marketing Systems Specialist will partner closely with the Operations team responsible for the client’s AirTable instance to support ongoing updates to the system. The Specialist will have a strong understanding of relational databases and conceptually understand marketing automation tools and how they support the business and feed into a CRM. The Specialist will be responsible for documentation of the user experience, developing training materials and training new members on how to use AirTable.

Responsibilities:

Administer AirTable updates and changes, including day to day responsibilities
User and license management
System maintenance and clean up
Develop documentation on step-by-step user guide for AirTable
Develop training materials and recordings
Train new members on how to use AirTable from the programmatic side
Work with internal teams to provide reporting and summaries of customer service challenges

Skills:

4-6 years of experience working in a CRM or relational database and demonstrated project coordination skills.
Knowledge of relational databases and how they functionAirTable knowledge and experience
Strong interest and knowledge of technical programs and ability to learn new tools quickly. Tech savvy is a must!
Must be eager to learn, intelligent and inquisitive.
Excellent project management skills
Experience with capturing and reporting program metrics
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to support multiple programs and/or clients and manage to timelines
Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment
Knowledge of Workfront is a nice to have
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
