We’re looking for an Amazon DSP Specialist. Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to one of these Mars United Commerce hub locations: Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Cincinnati, New York, Bentonville, or Dallas.
  
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This is an entry-level or mid-entry level position focusing on programmatic display, mainly on the Amazon DSP. You will do hands-to-keyboard set-up, management, and optimization of campaigns on this platform.
  • Develop clear understanding of campaign set-up, performance and reporting structure and clearly set and communicate performance expectations with the Activation team.
  • Creation of reports and presentations, highlighting the campaign set-up and final plan with internal teams, as directed by your manager.
  • Proactively communicate with your Manager and Director. Proactive communication is especially important in today’s world of remote work.
  • Supervised management of budgets, ensuring all client facing documents are accurate, and all vendor savings are documented for financial reporting
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
  • Must love math. A degree in finance, math, or IT is a plus.
  • Robust spreadsheet skills (both Excel and Google Sheets) with confidence to use, daily, basic formulas, advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to proactively organize & prioritize workload to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Experience with any of the below platform is definitely a plus, but prior knowledge is not necessarily a requirement as you will receive training.
    • Amazon DSP
    • Other self-serve DSPs such as The Trade Desk and/or DV360 is a plus
    • Retail media networks such as Citrus Ad, Criteo, Quotient, Promote IQ, Pacvue, Instacart, Amazon, etc.
    • Verification software (MOAT preferred), Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager
  • Collaborative with willingness to listen and learn
  • Comfortable with proactive communication via email, Slack and ZOOM calls.
