The Opportunity 

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Real Estate Assistant to join our team and make an immediate impact. In this position, you will support Realtors and the Texas Sales Manager who manage a wide array of clients and prospects from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. The main objective of this position is to increase company sales through support given to the Realtors allowing them to focus on income generating activities. This position requires a quick learner who can take direction well and show initiative. For the right candidate, this part-time role can turn into a full-time Realtor opportunity. 


*This is an in-office, part-time role that is available in our San Antonio or New Braunfels location. We are looking for a college junior or senior that is available to work 20-25 hours per week. If you obtain your real estate license while in this role, Marshall Reddick Real Estate will reimburse the test cost.*


What We Offer
  • Hourly Rate: $12.00 USD
  • Flexible Hours: 20-25 hours per week

  • Opportunity to develop knowledge and hands-on experience in the real estate investing and primary home sales industry 


What You'll Do
  • Create prospecting call out lists 
  • Conduct calls to potential investors and clients regarding upcoming webinars and on-site events 
  • Follow up with new clients to complete owner questionnaires, submit insurance, sign PMA, etc 
  • Assist marketing department with real estate/business development (BD)/advisor marketing material and event planning 
  • Attend and assist with local in-person events 
  • Review and respond to Yelp leads and other lead generation platforms  
  • Work with sales managers to share top builder inventory listings to advisors 
  • Receive inbound mainline phone calls and loop in advisor/BD for any leads 
  • Assist with videography and photography for marketing material  
  • Generate reports for leasing performance and sales performance  
  • Follow-up with various realtors on the team via email, RingCentral, and phone regarding time sensitive requests and company needs 
  • Perform leasing form audits and call outs to various lease listings on a regular cadence 


What Qualifies You
  • Current student (junior or senior year) attending college/university working toward a degree in Business, Finance, Education, Marketing, or Real Estate
  • Active Texas real estate license or ability and interest in obtaining it within 120 days of employment
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate needs of the client 
  • Strong ability to collect, organize, and communicate via telephone, email, text, etc 
  • Excellent problem solving and conceptual thinking skills 
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Quick learner with a passion for real estate 
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently 
  • Knowledge of the real estate/investing industry 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
